STORE POLICY
We want you to be happy with all of your purchases from The Real Insect Company.
- General Returns:
We will happily accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt/delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy applies to unopened, unused, and undamaged items in original quantities and condition with the original receipt.
Return shipping/handling and original shipping/handling charges are non-refundable and are at the customer's expense. Returned items that are not defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Damaged Items:
If your item(s) were damaged in shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receipt/delivery at customerservice@realinsect.net for exchange instructions.
Original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded, but we will gladly reship replacement items at our expense.
- Customer Return Process:
If you will be returning merchandise please email customerservice@realinsect.net for an authorization code to include in your return shipment. We cannot accept returns without an authorization code.
Please do not forget to include your original receipt as part of your return (please make a copy for your records).
- Shipping Policy
We want you to be happy with all of your purchases from The Real Insect Company. Great care is taken in the fulfillment of your order to ensure our products arrive to you in the same excellent condition they left us.
- Shipping Carrier:
We utilize UPS (ground service) for all domestic shipments.
- For international shipments, please note that your invoice at checkout does not represent your final shipping cost. We will contact you personally via email to confirm your order and your final shipping cost.
